Our quest for excellence begins with training the tribals and cocoon farmers for
scientific handling of sericulture that healthiest of materials find way in our
spinning process.
Entire process of degumming, cleaning, dressing, carding, combing and spinning is
geared for achieving uniformity and consistency of yarns to the pre-defined specifications.
We can spin right from 2's Nm up to 300's Nm yarns.
Our plant at Nanjangud near Mysore, the only one of its kind in India, is well-equipped
for world-class ring spinning as well as oen-end spinning at high speed.
FASHION FABRICS
Our Silk inspires designers and fashion.
From Chiffon, orhanza, brocades, matka to sophisticated machine wovens, prints,
embroideries, embellishments like bead work, mirrow work, our fabrics ignite creative

PREPARATORY
Dyeing and Preparation of yarn for weaving are handled with care at our plants near
Bangalore with sophisticated Italian technology to adhere to the pre-defined performance
parameters.
High precision and consistency is achieved batch after batch, through fully computerised
colour matching systems.
Heart of weaving are our twisting and warping machines which match the rest of our
technology standards.
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery finds many expressions at Eastern Silk.
Inspired by rich Indian heritage and drawing from vast experience in the Western
markets, the company offers unique collections of embroideries for applications
in fashion fabrics, elegant home furnishings and exquisite fashion accessories.
The comprehensive range is produced by schiffli, multi-head and well admired Indian
hand embroidery techniques.
WEAVING
Eastern Silk produces 7.5 million meters of world class fabrics in regular and wide
widths upto 3.6 meters.
Rapier and Jacquard looms from Sulzer and Dornier enable us to offer a wide range
in woven fabrics. From plain weave to most intricate dobby, jacquards and different
textures, we can produce flexible volumes while following strict, on-line quality
control.Backed by the latest CAD / CAM and sampling facilities, Eastern Silk is
capable of quick response and turn around.
Besides above, our conventional but organised handloom and power loom factories
in different production centers meet specialised needs of limited run designs for
fashion houses all over the world.
